These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Museum Air website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), which are developed and operated by Intera LLC ("Intera," "Museum Air," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intera LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of:

• (a) USD $100, or
• (b) the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
